Where in North Wales (UK) can I purchase a spork?

Atony,

Before I answer your question, here are a few fun facts for you and our North American fans:

1) Here in America, actors would receive you for a spectacular performance on Broadway.

2) Wales (spelled correctly and having nothing to do with large sea-going mammals) is the home of lawn tennis, the Stableford System, and many sheep.

3) Ali G is really funny! (Although not from Wales, his accent is similar, and he once asked the Prime Minister of Wales to blow Wales up.)

Ok, now let's see...sporks in North Wales...well, I have to admit it's been a while since I've been to Wales and I spent most of my time southside. I can honestly say that these are only educated guesses, but you might try:

  • The Lovespoon Gallery (located in Mumbles) - Offering a large collection of traditional handcarved Welsh lovespoons. I'm guessing if they don't have a lovespork already carved, they could make one relatively quickly.

  • The Crafty Shop (located in Caerphilly) - Unique one of a kind gifts for unique one of a kind people. Before going this route, be sure to check your birth records. Identical twins and clones are obviously not welcome here.

  • David Morgan Department Store (located in Cardiff) - Wales' largest independent department store, selling everything from furniture to fashions, you'll find everything you want. Nothing could be more fashionable than a decorative spork pendant. And if they truly sell everything you want, you should be able to pick up a spork, a spider-man lunchbox and immortal life.

  • Taco Bell (located at 813 Eagle Ridge Dr.) - Try the new Big Bell Value Menu! This is certainly your best bet...however it is actually located in Lake Wales, Florida here in the states. Still, I'm guessing a round-trip ticket to Lake Wales is relatively cheap...and then you can have all the sporks you want for free! And it sounds like there's a lake somewhere nearby.

Ok, hopefully this helps you in your quest. If you run into any more trouble along the way, let us know. If there's anything Spork stands for, it's laziness. And secondly, reaching out to our neighbors to the...north...east. I think.

Thanks for writing,

Blaise from Spork
